Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using app-central.in or any app hosted on it ("the Service"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the apps are, and are not
The astrology, numerology, compatibility and panchang features are offered for personal reflection, cultural insight and general information. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice, and should not be used to make important life decisions.
The developer tools (Sketch Forge, Recall Vault, Refactor Lens) produce AI-generated code, summaries and reviews. They are productivity aids, not a substitute for your own review. Generated code may contain errors or insecure patterns; summaries may miss or misstate things said in a recording. Check the output before you rely on it, ship it or act on it.
3. Fair use
The Service is free. To keep it free, AI features have per-visitor and daily limits, file-size limits, and length limits. You agree not to scrape, automate, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass these limits, and not to use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights. AI processing is provided by Google's Gemini API and your use must also comply with Google's terms and prohibited-use policy.
4. Your content: no personal or copyrighted material, your responsibility
You are solely responsible for everything you enter, paste or upload. By using Sketch Forge, Recall Vault or Refactor Lens you confirm, for each use, that the material:
- contains no personal data of other people (names, voices, faces, contact details, health, financial or other private information) unless you have their lawful consent and a lawful basis to process it;
- is not copyrighted, confidential or proprietary material of someone else, unless you own it or hold the rights or permission needed to use it this way, including for recordings of meetings, lectures, podcasts and videos, and for source code;
- contains no secrets, credentials, trade secrets or regulated data, and nothing unlawful, defamatory or harmful.
We do not and cannot review your material. Any claim arising from material you provide is your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of App Central against losses, damages, costs and legal fees resulting from your breach of this section or of applicable law. We may refuse, block or report use that appears to violate it.
You keep ownership of your content; we claim no rights to it and do not store it. Results generated for you (charts, code, summaries, reports) are yours to download, use and share; you are responsible for how you use them.
5. Usage logs and legal requests
To meet legal obligations and prevent abuse, we keep an audit log of developer-tool usage for 90 days: time, app and action, IP address, country, browser, file or code metadata, a cryptographic fingerprint of the material, and your confirmation under section 4. The content itself is never logged. We may disclose log entries to authorities or rights-holders when required by law or a valid legal process, and may use them to enforce these terms. 6. Intellectual property
The design, code, logos, icons and text of App Central and its apps belong to Vishal Sharma unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or republish them without permission. Licensing and white-label options are available on request, see the contact page.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its results.
8. Changes and availability
Apps may be added, changed or removed at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of India.
